Building Bridges to Weight Loss

In order for us to lose weight, we have to build energy
bridges. The only way we can begin to build these energy
bridges with our mind space. We have to put things in our
mind space that look like what it is we want. We have to
design The BluePrint.

If we were an Architect or Contractor or Baker, we would
have to either design our own blueprint or recipe or follow
someone else's Blueprint. This BluePrint is our Energy
Bridge.

This energy bridge begins in our mind. It begins with us
*thinking* about what we want. It begins pondering and
daydreaming about the end result of what we choose to look
like and what ourlives will be as we have *that*.

The Problem is.......when we build energy bridges for homes
and to bake cookies, we often are doing it for someone else.
However, when we begin to build an energy bridge for weight
loss, that involves building energy bridges for ourselves and
some of us back away from putting ourselves FIRST.

We think and plan and do for everyone else in our lives. Our
Spouses, our children, our parents, our business partners, our
co-workers. We do just fine in building those energy bridge to
bring to others what they want. But to apply the same energy
and direction for ourselves? We won't do it!
If we would do it, then we would lose weight.

We have to add daydreaming and pondering about our weight
loss to our days. We have to care for ourselves FIRST for
once !

It is as we do this, that we then begin to see why our body
image desire was given to us in the first place. It was given to
us, so that we would begin to care for ourselves first. And as
we begin to take care for who we are, then expansion takes
place in and around us.

Our tangible and intangible worlds change. And within that
change our bodies happen to move back to balance, which
means........we lose weight.

We apply with ease, *on purpose thoughts and plans* for
picnics, meetings, birthday parties, weekly meal planning,
office supplies, etc. WE need now, to on purpose have
thoughts and plans for our body image. If we don't, then we
will forever be dragging around lower light energy that shows
up in our body image, but is reflected in all areas of our lives.

This is about our expansion; Not expanded waste/waist lines.

1. Identify What You Want For Your Body Image.

2. Build an Energy Bridge

3. How Do You Build an Energy Bridge?
(Think about what you want as it relates to your body Image.)

4. Build Your Energy Bridge on Purpose.
(This is what visualizing, daydreaming, pondering is. This is
your imagination. Projecting a thought on purpose. Think
often about your and your new body and size!)

5. As you are on this bridge, DO NOT LOOK DOWN.
(Peter looked down as he began to walk on water, like his
buddy Jesus. He then feel into the Lake. ie: Don't pay
attention to where you are, pay attention to what your end
result desire is. Walking on Water and Weight Loss!)
